My country requires me to pay for a customs charge for imports, shouldn't you pay that?
No. Your country's custom charges for imports are at the responsibility of you (the buyer). We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot help country-based taxation.

Help! I've accidentally put the wrong address and my package is being sent back to sender.
Unfortunately we cannot send the package back to you until it returns to us to assure that the product is still intact and not lost. Once we get it back, you (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for shipping again with the correct address. We recommend checking your address multiple times and contact us as soon as possible to correct the issue. Thanks!
